Sales Development Representative - Canada

Description

Lightyear Health is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and mission-driven Sales Development Representative to set the tone for great relationships with prospective clients while providing insights that up-levels the team as a whole.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Evangelize and generate pipeline for Lightyear Health suite of Services by proactively reaching out to our target market, educating them on our services, and scheduling meetings with our sales team
  • Perform successful lead follow-up and accurately document all activities in our CRM, following industry best practices
  • Provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams by collecting and providing prospect feedback
  • Establish rapport with prospective customers through engaging outreach campaigns and strong verbal communications skills  

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
  • Experience working in a fast paced, client facing role
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a quota driven environment
  • Strong teamwork and personal leadership skills demonstrated through work and/or other achievements 
  • Demonstrated ability to be coached for advancement in previous roles
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, through past roles or studies

Anticipated Salary Range

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $55,000 and $65,000 CAD base annually, with $12,000 to $20,000 CAD in OTE. All team members also receive a stock option grant. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience the candidate brings to the role and (2) the internal level at which the candidate is hired in relation to our career development framework.
