Director of Growth

Remote, based in the US or Canada.

Description

Lightyear Health is hiring our first Director of Growth to build and lead highly effective and innovative sales enablement strategies so we can expand our clinical services in existing and new geographies, thereby improving quality and length of our patients' lives. You’ll be responsible for executing and refining Lightyear Health’s growth strategy in partnership with our clinical and product teams as well as continuing to build and develop our overall sales, sales enablement and customer success processes and team.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Build out critical processes and tools to support and grow the sales function, allow for cross team collaboration and create replicable workflows 
  • Leverage knowledge in sales and commercial leadership to lead growth strategies with community partners — primarily skilled nursing facilities — and expand our service areas to provide specialty geriatric care 
  • Drive the hiring, training and development opportunities for the sales, sales development and customer success teams  
  • Manage relationships with key community and enterprise partners as necessary and support additional opportunities for growth 

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead the execution of sales strategies and manage multiple priorities and constituents in a rapid growth environment 
  • Strong systems building to keep sales function operating efficiently and meeting or exceeding goals 
  • Builds and leads best in class processes to drive sales enablement efforts 
  • Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams
  • Knowledge of Healthcare services or technology a plus

Anticipated Salary Range

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $170K and $190K USD annually plus equity. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience the candidate brings to the role and (2) the internal level at which the candidate is hired in relation to our career development framework. All team members receive a stock option grant.
