Lightyear Health is looking for a Membership Operations Associate to facilitate coordination with our partners for onboarding and ongoing communication to support our growing customer success function.

We are a healthcare technology startup that is changing what it means to age. By delivering accessible, proactive, specialty care to post-acute care facilities, our aging patients and their caregivers can live a life of dignity, fullness, and joy. Using our proprietary technology and expertise in complex care, our team collaborates with individuals, families, and caregivers to design personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of each patient.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Membership Operations Associate who prides themselves on their exceptional customer service and envisions a world where every aging patient has access to the world’s best healthcare. This is a full-time, fully remote role and will report to our Senior Manager of Growth.


As a key member of our Growth and Partnerships team, here’s what you’ll do:

Key Outcomes: 

  • Schedule onboarding meetings for new partners
  • Complete technical integrations, such as setting up access to the partner facility’s EMR system
  • Coordinate customer success follow-ups with account managers and/or the Marketing team
  • Establish systems for internal communication, including Slack channels and facility records in our proprietary OS

  • Organization & planning: You’re able to plan, organize, and schedule in an efficient, productive manner. You can manage multiple people’s schedules and as well as several concurrent tasks at different stages of the customer onboarding process. 
  • Follow-through: You’re known as someone who does what they say they will do and you have a history of on-time delivery of results.
  • Integrity: You do not cut corners ethically.  You earns trust and maintain confidence and believe in doing what is right for customers 
  • Growth mindset: You’re eager to grow and develop your skills. You welcome feedback and adjusts accordingly.

In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had: 

  • Prior experience in customer service, customer success, or similar
  • Familiarity with web-based interfaces and prior exposure to Google Suite and Slack

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $50,000 and $60,000 USD annually. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role and (2) the internal level at which you are  hired in relation to our career development framework. All full time team members also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
