Lightyear Health is looking for a Certified Medical Coder to help us improve our clinical documentation processes, including medical coding and reimbursements, in order to ensure we are compliant with all coding requirements as our business rapidly evolves.
We are a healthcare technology startup that is changing what it means for patients to function optimally by delivering accessible, proactive, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) consultative services. Using our proprietary technology and expertise in complex care, our team collaborates with individuals, families, and caregivers to design personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of each patient.
To help us achieve our mission, we are looking for a Certified Medical Coder with excellent attention to detail and a critical eye for efficient processes who envisions a world where every aging patient has access to the world’s best healthcare. This is a full-time remote role and will report to our Medical Coding Director.

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $55,000-$65,000 USD annually. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role and (2) the internal level at which you are hired in relation to our career development framework.
