Lightyear Health is looking to partner with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians to contribute to our company’s growth and expansion. Our Physician contractors build their own schedules and determine when and how they work as they lead our clinical practice and team of APPs in their respective geographies. Anticipated Hourly Rate:
We offer a revenue sharing model and anticipate that this position has the potential to earn $125k-250k+ annually, with earnings influenced by your ability to grow and strengthen the clinical practice in your geography (including number of APPs, their overall productivity, your onsite supervision, SNF partnerships, etc).

Practitioners at Lightyear Health are responsible for meeting and complying with our credentialing verifications processes, clinical standards, health screenings, and vaccination policies at all times. It is the responsibility of the practitioner to ensure that your licenses, certifications, and credentials are kept up to date and in good standing.
