Lightyear Health is looking for an empathetic and tech-savvy part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our growing company that improves functional independence and quality of life. This role has ample work/life balance, as there are no on-call shifts, and we offer a flexible schedule. This role is part-time to start, with the option of growing into a full-time position.
We are a healthcare technology startup that is changing what it means for patients to function optimally by delivering accessible, proactive, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) consultative services. Our team collaborates with individuals, families, and caregivers to design personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of each patient.
To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a clinician who envisions a world where every patient has access to the world’s best healthcare. This role serves patients throughout the greater Adrian area and will report to our Director of PM&R APPs.

Compensation: We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to pay and anticipate that this position will earn roughly $58-$67 an hour, plus generous quarterly bonuses, usually averaging $11k+ annually. The bonus amount will be determined by how many hours you work weekly and your productivity. The exact compensation will depend on years of relevant and transferable experience.
Lightyear is excited to offer full-time positions at 4-days (32 hours) or 5-days (40 hours) a week to best align with the needs of our employees.
