I regard access to high-quality healthcare as a fundamental human right, and recognize that aging populations — who have some of the most complex and urgent needs — are often left out of the broader dialogue on the topic. Everyone here is committed to changing that paradigm, and I’m honored to be part of it.
As Chief People Officer, I support the team that finds, hires, onboards, and engages our colleagues throughout their time here at Lightyear Health. Our goal is for everyone to be productive, fulfilled, and connected to our mission, core values and one another.
I started my career as a New York City-based educator through the Teach For America program, and got interested in people and culture after joining their recruitment team and bringing hundreds of new corps members into classrooms. Since then, I’ve led human capital teams at Two Sigma Investments, Success Academy Charter Schools, and Galileo.
These days, most of my outside-of-work time is focused on my 1-year-old daughter, who always keeps my husband and me on our toes. I’m also a crossword puzzle enthusiast, Peloton devotee, and improv student (on sabbatical at the moment).
