Lightyear’s mission resonates with me and my passion for healthcare accessibility and affordability. Especially over the past few years, seniors and patients suffering from complex illnesses have been impacted. I’m excited and hopeful for our growing positive impact in the healthcare community.
As the Senior Manager of Growth I get to lead a team of absolute rockstar sales & customer success experts as we expand our presence in the market. I develop sales enablement, strategy, and workflows to help support and grow our sales function. I also collaborate cross functionally with internal team members for go to market strategy and growth objectives.
Before joining Lightyear Health, I worked in the startup fintech space as a Sales Manager for 2 years. There I built the base knowledge I have today on people management, sales enablement, and a fast startup environment. I also have years of experience working as a medical assistant, at a private practice where my passion for healthcare really got to blossom. I am eager to expand on these past experiences as I work with the incredible people here at Lightyear Health and see our mission come to life.
Outside of work you can catch me attending sporting events, traveling to new places, reading a good book and cuddling with my little pup, Gatsby.
