I have three beautiful children, my youngest is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Although he is non-verbal and can’t fully express his feelings, he wears the biggest smile every day. He has taught me kindness and compassion. He has taught me to smile with him daily and serve others clinically.
Currently a Medical Assistant for Lightyear Health, I enjoy providing care and being part of a team that creates a plan to meet health needs for patients residing in Assisted Living Facilities.
Hailing from Palm Springs CA, I have twenty-plus years of experience in the medical field as a medical assistant. My primary focus has been Primary Care; however, I have worked closely with Cardiology and Gastroenterology teams and I’m currently pursuing a Nursing Degree. I am also fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking our desert mountains and traveling the world to experience different cultures!
