Collaborative Care

Behavioral Health Care Managers (masters level social workers and psychiatric consultants) work collaboratively with you to help support your patients through psychotropic medication recommendations and brief therapies like motivational enhancement

At No Cost to You

Billing occurs under the PCP NPI and will be passed on by your practice to the patient just like any other PCP service. Available on any network via incident to billing using the Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) billing codes.
