Senior Recruiter

Lightyear Health is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter to ensure that our patient-facing teams remain outstanding as we scale. We believe great recruiting means a lot more than filling individual jobs; you’ll also serve as a thought partner, advisor, and culture champion for these mission-critical teams.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Design and implement a rigorous, engaging, and data-driven recruiting strategy for all clinical roles at Lightyear Health
  • Create durable playbooks for sourcing, attracting, vetting, and closing clinical candidates that elevate Lightyear Health's employer brand and enable us to scale with confidence
  • Develop and execute on strategies to increase pipeline diversity in every stage of the funnel, including partnerships, events, and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies
  • Coach and uplevel hiring managers and interviewers in all aspects of organizational design and talent assessment

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • 4+ years of speciality recruiting experience — ideally in executive search — in which you refined core skills (i.e. market mapping and analysis, out-of-the-box sourcing and outreach strategies for passive talent, negotiating offers)
  • “Sponge”-like mentality when it comes to learning new disciplines (e.g. speciality areas in senior care), combined with an ability to extrapolate best practices into these new contexts
  • Proactive thinking, sharp analytical skills, and a bias towards “connecting the dots” and finding better ways of doing things in ambiguous environments
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (e.g. compelling, concise, polished, and strong gravitas)

Note that prior clinical recruitment experience is not necessary; rather, we’re looking for a sharp generalist with transferable skills and will provide on-the-job training.

Anticipated Salary Range

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn $120,000 USD annually. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience the candidate brings to the role and (2) the internal level at which the candidate is hired in relation to our career development framework. All team members also receive a stock option grant.

Specific benefits for full-time employees include:

  • 30 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, up to 10 of which can roll over to the following calendar year (note that this will start in 2022; there are no set days for the remainder of 2021)
