Lightyear Health is looking for an empathetic and tech-savvy Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (2 days during the weekday) to become part of our growing company that improves the functional independence and quality of life for aging patients. This role comes with the flexibility to work around your schedule, as there are no overnight calls or weekends.
We are a healthcare technology startup that is changing what it means to age. By delivering accessible, proactive, specialty care to post-acute care facilities, our aging patients and their caregivers can live a life of dignity, fullness, and joy. Using our proprietary technology and expertise in complex care, our team collaborates with individuals, families, and caregivers to design personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of each patient.
To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience who envisions a world where every aging patient has access to the world’s best healthcare. This is a flexible role serving patients in the Fresno area and will report to our Director of PM&R APPs.

Anticipated Salary Range
We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to pay and anticipate that this position will earn roughly $55k. We'll cover all additional details in the course of the interview process. The exact salary will depend on one’s census size, which is typically 15-18 patients per day. Providers who meet our rigorous standards for clinical care and are able to efficiently see more patients can see earnings increase proportionally, and all team members receive a stock option grant.

Practitioners at Lightyear Health are responsible for meeting and complying with our credentialing verifications processes, clinical standards, health screenings, and vaccination policies at all times. It is the responsibility of the practitioner to ensure that your licenses, certifications, and credentials are kept up to date and in good standing.
