As Chief Data Officer at Lightyear Health, I oversee data science, analytics, machine learning and actuarial functions and activities.
I spent 15 years as a health actuary, for both insurance companies and consulting firms, seeking to optimize the economics of healthcare delivery at the population level. Then I moved into data science in order to optimize delivery of care at every interaction with the patient.
Outside of work, My wife and I spend our time raising four wonderful children. I am an avid board gamer with more than 500 games in my collection; I’m proud that all four of my children have taken up this hobby.
